About Flow Momentum
Flow Momentum is a Manchester-based Performance Health platform for endurance athletes and human coaches.
It connects training, recovery, nutrition and coaching context. Sport-specific dashboards, persistent athlete records and AI-supported interpretation help turn fragmented data into better-informed decisions.
It is built first for cyclists, runners, triathletes and endurance coaches. The broader ambition is to advance responsible Performance Health innovation without turning a focused product into a medical or general-purpose wellness platform.
A focused product with private supporting spaces
Performance Coach
Supports training, recovery and strength.
Nutrition Coach
Helps with everyday food decisions, meal ideas and recovery fuel.
Communications Coach
Helps leaders prepare better messages, presentations and stakeholder briefings.
Team Coach
Supports better execution, teamwork and continuous improvement.
Performance Health is the core. Nutrition, Communications and Team spaces add useful private context without exposing confidential conversations to a human coach.

About Hartmut Hübner
Flow Momentum is led by Hartmut Hübner, PhD.
Hartmut is co-founder of MMIND.ai in Liechtenstein and works as a fractional AI leader for SMEs and leadership teams. His work focuses on practical AI adoption, communication, agile ways of working and better operating systems for teams.
He completed his PhD at the University of Salford, with research on organisational communication and decision-making. Earlier in his career, he held senior communications roles at Siemens Financial Services and Deutsche Börse.
Hartmut is also a cycling coach with the Association of British Cycling Coaches (ABCC), where he supports communications and media work. This gives Flow Momentum a practical foundation in endurance sport, not only in software.
Flow Momentum brings these fields together:
- Sport teaches rhythm, recovery and discipline.
- Communication turns intent into action.
- Systems of work make progress repeatable.
- AI reduces friction and gives people better feedback.
What we stand for
Performance should be practical.
AI should support human judgement.
Wellbeing should connect to daily work.
Leadership should be trained, not improvised.
Sustainable performance depends on context, continuity, critical thinking and the confidence to show what is not known.
